HARKER HEIGHTS -
Some Harker Heights Twin Peaks employees went to work Monday morning only to find the restaurant had been closed down.
A spokesperson from the company told News Channel 25 the restaurant would be shutting down because they could not reach an agreement with the franchisee of the location.
The owner of the Harker Heights location, Chalak Mitra, also owned the Waco location which closed after a mass shooting in May.

And this article suggests some other group took over the Harker Heights location after the Waco incident. I think.
