Clinton requested a meeting with Obama, against the advice of hubby Bill Clinton, believing “she was being persecuted for minor, meaningless violations,” author Edward Klein writes.

Hillary's behavior from the beginning was a dead giveaway that she knew these were not "minor, meaningless violations." Appointing her own investigative board that was shamelessly biased, lying, even to the parent of the dead, going after a petty criminal video maker, playing find-the-server, assigning only her inner circle to tediously go through emails, etc.
