How's the campaign going, Patrick? Any chance you get to be Sheriff because you suck as Info Officer
Where did you get that intel on a "green light"? Twitter or Facebook?

I thought there were two gag orders — one on (literally) everyone involved and a second on Clendennon’s lawyer specifically.

(Just my opinion and only worth what you paid for it.)

Just one gag order, composed by Reyna and issued by Johnson on June 30. It covers all attorneys, their staffs and law enforcement personnel involved in this case; witnesses when they have previously (to June 30) given statements to law enforcement the DA's office, or who have testified in investigative or adjudicative proceedings; witnesses who give statements to law enforcement, the DA's office, or who testify in investigative or adjudicative proceedings after the date of entry of the order.
That one gag order was issued in conjunction with Broden's subpoena of video, which the state fought.
One of the issues with the gag order is the ambiguity associated with the phrase "this case."
