They could afford a zip line, but not a sprinkler system...

And with plastic piping systems the cost is now lower than ever!
Water supply to feed the heads, not so much.

In Chicagoland, it is referred to as ‘Greek Lightning’.

Or a protest against Midget Wrestling

Are midgets allowed in a bar for the largest?

I’m sure there is a law against arson in Sturgis, so it couldn’t be that.

“What makes you think I would care about this, Sarge??”

LOL.

That said, I was at the Full Throttle a month ago. It was great fun. A shame it burned down; I'm very glad we were there for the 75th.

Me too. Haven’t heard if he had much insurance or what it covered. It would be nearly impossible to rebuild like it was. Not sure rebuilding in that particular spot would be good either.

The Broken Spoke moved their bar out into the country years ago and added a campground with a big pool. At least they have a source of water there in case of fire.

No fire hydrants around FTS. All water had to be trucked in. For pictures of how it looks now; click on the link below.

It was the kind of place that can't just rebuilt... it took years and years to bring it to what it was.

Good idea, especially out in that area.

Very sad.
