Bill Clinton Sought State Department OK For Paid Speeches

ABC News has obtained State Department e-mails that shed light on Bill Clinton’s lucrative speaking engagements and show he and the Clinton Foundation tried to get approval for invitations related to two of the most repressive countries in the world -- North Korea and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

While Hillary Clinton served as Secretary of State, Bill Clinton earned speaking fees around the globe totaling more than $48 million -- speeches that had to be vetted by the State Department to ensure there were no conflicts of interest with his wife's work as America's top diplomat. These newly revealed emails show speech requests that the State Department refused to approve.

The emails -- which have come to light because of a public records request by the conservative group Citizens United, which sued the State Department to get the documents -- show just how far Bill Clinton was willing to go to earn those lucrative fees -- seeking approval for appearances with ties to two of the most brutal countries in the world.

Deleted Hillary Emails Probably Relate to shady ‘Clinton Cash’ Transactions:

At first glance, the Clinton’s astounding honoraria and humongous Foundation donations seem to provide the bulk of the couple’s income.

Bill’s honoraria increased dramatically-—earning some $50 million during Hillary’s four-year term as secretary of State....including an Irish scholarship fund, a Korean conglomerate, and, a Nigerian newspaper company......each of whom paid Clinton more than half a million dollars for a single speech.

The Wash/Post reports Hillary earned $11.7 million for 51 speeches since Jan 2014.....she pocketed an astonishing $625,000 for two speeches in one day!

I firmly believe the Clinton Foundation’s gigantic donor list, and their astonishing blizzard of speaking honoraria, are a smoke screen for their secret wealth——and the way they make billions sub rosa-—intertwining their vaunted “charity” work and public office.

The calculated Clintons have sought to branch out into other business activities......though little is known about the exact nature and financial worth of Bill and Hillary’s non-speech business interests.

Recent reports indicate the Clintons were party to multi-billion dollar Mideast arms deals....Kazakhstan uranium mines....and Haitian gold mines...oil deals....telecom businesses, financial powerhouses like Teneo, Goldman Sachs.....etc etc etc.

THE CON ARTIST CLINTONS GRABBED EVERYTHNG THAT WASNT NAILED DOWN-—Lucrative business interests were cunningly intertwined w/ the Foundation’s “do-good” activities....enabled by Hillary’s catbird seat at the State Dept.

At last count the Clintons apparently raised $2billion from their foundation activities and their political campaigns.....

.....does not include monies flowing in from the various lucrative business ventures, interest accrued, safe deposit boxes, real estate assets, passive income on which they pay no taxes, income from Chelsea’s hubby’s hedge fund, monies invested in Goldman Sachs, interest in financial powerhouse Teneo..... etc etc etc.......

They are worth a bundle.....accumulated in record time.

Legal action might involve (1) an FBI investigation, and, (2) the US DOJ-—both in the grip of Obama so political hijinks loom. (3) a congressional committee, with subpoena power.

Here’s a fourth option: a six-month investigation: indicated the Clintons diverted tens millions of dollars that they solicited for specific Foundation charitable purposes (that were found to have been diverted to the personal enrichment of themselves and their close associates).

THIS IS CONSIDERED MAIL FRAUD Raising money for a specific cause that was diverted elsewhere is considered mail fraud.

If the FBI, DOJ and IRS won’t shape up to nab the conniving Clintons, the US Postal Inspector has been known to lock-up many crooks for using similar scams.

Hillary’s top aides-—Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills-—used their privileged tax-paid positions at the State Dept to cash-in-—they romped all over the State Dept looking for money-making opportunities .....like it was their private playground.

Alana Goodman of the Washington Free Beacon details how Cheryl Mills, another one of Hillary Clinton’s longtime underlings, apparently collected a paycheck from New York University at the same time she was serving as Chief of Staff of the State Department.

According to the article: After joining the State Department in the beginning of 2009, Mills continued to serve as general counsel for New York University for several months. She also sat on the board of the “NYU in Abu Dhabi Corporation,” the fundraising arm for the university’s UAE satellite campus. The school is bankrolled by the Abu Dhabi government and has been criticized by NYU professors and human rights activists for alleged labor abuses.

The UAE is a major funder of the Clinton Foundation, on whose board Mills sat. The article quotes NLPC Chairman Ken Boehm:

“Federal of conflict interest statutes are very strict, and they want to ensure that federal employees, especially very senior special employees like Cheryl Mills, do not have any conflicts of interest in any matter that they have a hand in,” said Boehm. “Given her position, the dual position of counselor and chief of staff, presumably she would have access to almost any decision of importance that came out of the State Department.”
