CLASSIFIED TODAY, but not when I received it? BULL!!!! [Hillary lies]

Hillary's claim that information on her server wasn't classified at the time she received it but became classified LATER is 100% PURE HOGWASH.

Information that is classified is usually DEclassified at a later date, or 'OADR' (Originating Agency Determine on Review). Some classified data is forever classified, but rarely (HOW ABOUT NEVER?) does information that is UNclassifed BECOME classified at a later date!

She could be the only SOS in history to never handle classified material.

Technically, she is correct. But only because, as Secretary of State, she was the Classifying AUTHORITY and wasn’t doing her JOB.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for the MSM to point this out.

This is Hillary’s only argument. She is a cabinet level official and she DOESN’T KNOW those emails were Top Secret? If THAT excuse flys with voters the country is dead.

Almost ALL of her MISSING (Yes I said MISSING, think “18 minute gap”) emails just before and during the time of Benghazi would DEFINITELY have been CLASSIFIED. Most DEFINITELY. Perhaps THAT is why she DELETED them, save to mention the ‘staged hostage-taking of Stevens on behalf of her BFF Mohammed Morsi’ thing.

You will have to explain this IN SPANISH to most of her voters in 2016 the minute they get off their government-furnished commuter van at the polls.

That is correct. The creator of classified information is supposed to choose the classification. That is usually inferred from the source if the information is a synthesis of existing material, and from the definitions and guidelines if the material is an entirely new creation. As Secretary of State, she could argue that she mishandled her responsibilities for choosing the proper classification rather than mishandling classified materials. I'm not sure that is any better politically.

I listened to Mark Levin on the train home this evening - talking about 18 USC 793(f). Hillary is in deep kimchi.

We’re seeing the beginning of the end. The interesting part is this would be big news anyway. That she is a serious presidential candidate makes it historic.

hahaha.. what a great video... I can’t imagine how much time it took her to read through the 30,000 emails she decided were personal.. All it would take is to question whoever it was who actually did the sorting to know that they spent probably an hour per 1000 emails to sort..

BS, The security administrator for the state department was the classifying authority. This Bitch did or did not sign off on the quarterly security briefings, that is the question. Subpoena the records and the security administrator. It’s long since past she was in jail. The evidence is there without even seeing documents. A non government thumb drive is the smoking gun.

The FEDS were more aggressive with Gibson Guitar Company (no doubt a security risk of the highest order) than with Quisling Clinton. Kind of funny, isn’t it?
