Oh yes..he must respond. Because if he doesnt, it will get out of hand.
Not tonight though..tomorrow is the time.
Here is the skit. They will all fall over themselves for a one on one with him. THAT is the time he can take them apart.
Fox News wants Trump gone so their golden boy Jeb Bush will become the nominee
This is not a debate. It will be done nothing like a debate. It's all a show .
Ergo, the question is whether civil debate or showmanship will WIN.
oops, he will hire people who know all about the constitution
I agree.
It’s a little too much celebrity worship.
The best thing that Trump can do is keep it professional, classy and firm. That will make the media eat their words about their predictions on his ‘behavior’ as if he is undisciplined. He couldn’t be as successful as he has been if he was undisciplined.
Agreed. Keep it professional.
Well... if we go by which one actually follows the Constitution, Donald Trumps Obama.
Congress, the Administration and the Judicial system...as well as the various alphabet agencies are infested with lawyers. Some of them so-called "Constitutional lawyers". They should know all about the Constitution, yet they piss on it continually. What Trump may or may not know about the Constitution seems a bit irrelevant. Very, very few of the existing party candidates give a damn about it.
Nah. They'd do an illustration of him as a crybaby, and he'd be done.
Remember this?
First thing I did when I heard them bring up Trump in this first debate, in order to let Perry and Fiorina trash Trump when he wasn’t there in the losers’ debate to defend himself, was call my sister up to flip out about this. What a dirty pool trick, and I hope this rotten debate question becomes the majority news story that comes out of this first loser debate. Shame on Fox, and if you think this was an ambush question, wait until you hear what equally nasty and underhanded questions come out of the moderatorsl mouths in the second debate. I might add Fox is now replaying Perry’s and Fiorina’s responses in full, over and over again now in their post debate “analysis”. They are also slamming Trump bigtime. GOPe RINO’s all.
Let's just say a smart man would let them be the ones to bring it up.
“Congress, the Administration and the Judicial system...as well as the various alphabet agencies are infested with lawyers. Some of them so-called “Constitutional lawyers”.”
Our very President is an alleged “Constitutional” lawyer, and we all know where he comes from, and it isn’t pro Constitution. He ignores, works against, and breaks the Constitution at every chance. So much for knowing the Constitution. Obama became a Constitutional lawyer in order to learn how to work around it, not adhere to it or protect it.
First, that's a pretty low bar to set.
Second, I rather doubt it. Trump is not an ideological conservative nor does he appear to be particularly learned about what a President can or can't do, I rather suspect that most people on this forum know more about the constitution than "the Donald" does.
Third, Trump is leading the field. It should come as no surprise that the media and other candidates would go after him. I happen to like Fiorina's comments about Trump:
I didnt get a phone call from Bill Clinton before I jumped in the race. Did any of you get a phone call from Bill Clinton? I didnt,
Maybe its because I hadnt given money to the (Clinton) foundation, or donated to his wifes Senate campaign.
Good to see her highlight Trump's chummy relationship with the Clinton's.
