Surveillance cameras caught images of two white males laying Confederate battle flags on the ground near the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.’s church, but it wasn’t clear whether they had committed a crime.
Atlanta police Chief George Turner said Thursday his officers were working with federal authorities and hadn’t determined what, if any, charges might be sought. Turner said they had not ruled out a hate crime, though Georgia has no state hate crimes law.

AP had the nerve to mention Charleston in this context of course, even though no such context exists.
I guess if feigned outrage and hurt feelings are criminally actionable, then yes, it is a hate-crime.

Back home, I saw a pickup go by my house with “a terroristic threat” flying from it!
A few days ago, I found “a terroristic threat” in my closet I had bought years ago and forgotten was there!
While out working in the hot, HOT sun, I realized the bandana I was wearing to keep sweat out of my eyes was “a “terroristic threat”!
Then I found the old “ “terroristic threat” I was given back in 1968 in a file cabinet. it was so old it fell apart in my hands.
So, where do I go to grovel and beg forgiveness for these terroristic threats!

So put the flags on EBay and turn a profit. Problem solved.
Compared to the black churches burned after the shooting, this is nothing.
