Evidently, Joe went to an “Arts fest” at State College.
Some guy has been driving through the neighborhood at 2:00 a.m. with his car stereo full-blast for days, waking me up. I’m so sleep deprived I’m borderline phycho.

We have a guy that tears down our road on his crappy motorcycle each day - but that’s around 7am - I’m always up by then, LOL!
