Any dog that parks in my driveway will be shot.
You probably need to add more details of what is happening.
Nobody is allowed to park in your driveway (unless perhaps it is an easement)...at least in the America I grew up in...
Nowadays, I am not so sure.

With that being said, if you are the property owner, you have every right to either set the car on fire and blow it up or call the cops and have it ticketed.......
I'm not so sure about the first part so I would rely on the second option........

Likewise any person that ‘parks’ in my driveway will be shot (although I’m pro-life when it comes to cars - I won’t shoot the innocent vehicle).

I once called 911 about dogs leaving cars in my driveway. They said “Sorry, we don’t take parking dog complaints.”
it all come under what state and especially what town as every town has a different ordinance.
Call the police and ask them what their ordinance is for their town, what times, parking, constant dog barking etc.
A cheap way to find out is to call the cops. They’ll ask the right questions, and generally give good advice as to what you can and can’t do about it. If it’s your property, and the cars are there without permission, it is trespassing. The cops will give the owner a “no trespass” order on the spot (stores do this with shoplifters). Your contact with the cops will be part of a legal record, and will prove invaluable.
And just think about it, you get three meals and a cot in prison.
No. You can't willfully damage their property for trespassing. You can remove it, but removing a car is not trivial. If you call a towing company, that's your dime.
In college, I had the landlord put a parking space for me next to the house on the lease.
Sure enough someone parked there. I confronted him, he denied it. But boy did he run out quickly when heard the sounds of the tow truck winches pulling up his car.
As to the dog - call the police (non-911, of course). We did, and after several times our neighbor was facing the thought of having their dog put to sleep. She finally decided that leaving the dog out all day in the rain was probably not a very bright idea (and the dog didn’t like it either, which is why it barked and cried all day).
