The Sun Is Going To Sleep

This Members-Only content from Suspicious0bservers.org has been shared on YouTube because it describes and frames what is probably the single most significant heliophysics discovery of the year. The subject of a coming grand minimum, despite some of the experts' concurrence and the data suggesting only one near-term outcome for the sun, has drawn controversy from many in the heliophysics community; I have fallen on the side of a coming grand minimum and am not shy about my praise for this mathematical model. I don't like most models; they tend not to match observational data - this one does.

Where I live, the sun has been sleeping for the last month or two. Unrelenting rain. :)

Californians would probably love it if the sun would take a nap. Way too hot and dry. I wish I could package all of our rain and ship it out west.

Actually, I think it’s Cheney. Doesn’t he have a weather machine? Maybe he perfected it and aimed it at the sun.

The libtards worry now about climate change rather than global warming. As long as the climate is changing, they will find an excuse to call for an end of capitalism, more taxes, bigger government, more redistribution, and more government spending and regulations. It doesn’t matter to them if it is getting hotter or colder.

This is real climate change. The Sun does periodically go dormant and when it does the Earth is covered in ice.
Chicago was once covered in 5,000 feet of ice.
CO2 has nothing to do with it.

Where I live in Virginia has been both glacial and tropical.

Humans are a tropical species. Only our use of technology has allowed our spread across the entire globe.

This interglacial period has lasted longer than most. We are overdue for another Ice Age.

I know that AGW is a farce, and I have my suspicions about this, too. The Good Book says that seed time and harvest, and cold and hot, and so on and so forth will continue as long as the Earth shall stand. So I’ll take even this story, though it counters the global warmers, with several pinches of salt.

OK!! Everybody pay attention!

Lesson for today:

1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.

2. The sun is a ball of fire that controls the climates of all its planets.

3. The earth is one of the sun’s planets.

4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.

5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.

Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?

I love global warming. Longer growing seasons and less disease. Cold sucks. A colder planet is more harsh. The idiots who think a warmer planet is dangerous are brainwashed. I’ll take another degree of planetary heat. Beats the alternative of going colder with all the downside that brings.

This is the coldest summer I can remember in all my 58 years. Here in SW Pennsylvania the first week of July the highs have barely gotten out of the 70’s. Today there is a forecast of a high of 82 and sunny. Thank God! my back yard looks like a hay field.

And they will never acknowledge that Capitalism/Free Enterprise are the best ways to deal with it.
