A pro-choice man has been arrested after throwing paint on pro-life signs being held by members of Canada’s ‘Show the Truth’ pro-life organization.
About 50 pro-lifers held signs containing the images of abortion victims in downtown Kingston earlier this week when they were met by pro-choice activists.
A local media outlet reported what happened next:

Confrontations began between the two groups and ended when a male demonstrator threw paint at members of the ‘Show the Truth’ group, vandalizing their signs.
Shortly after the confrontation, demonstrators from both sides took to various street corners and continued their peaceful displays.
Members of the pro-life group defended the use of the graphic signs, “We feel that the best way to show people what abortion really is – is to show what it looks like,” said Isaac Longworth who attended the demonstration.
“We have the right to show dismembered, executed children,” said Rosemary Connell, a co-ordinator for Show the Truth after the assault.
“That’s the good thing about Canada. You can show the truth on the sidewalk.
“This is private property, and you can’t destroy someone else’s private property, ” she stated.
Police charged the pro-choice man with mischief of property.
Why do “pro-choice” people always choose to abort?

Why would you show dismembered children while simultaneously saying they have rights? Did you ask their parent’s permission to show the picture? How do you know the baby in the picture was aborted?

I’ts sold as “A woman’s right” and “A woman’s issue” but really it’s men who benefit. Roe vs Wade was thought up and endorsed by MEN.

You are preaching to the choir. It’s not me you need tell, it’s other FReepers. The more I read up on abortion the more I learn. This was packaged and sold as “women’s rights” but it was sold by men for men. All of it was so men could have unlimited sex with no barriers.
Don’t even say it started in the 1960’s and the “Summer of Love”. Oh no, it was going on before that. Really even before Kinsey it was happening. Kinsey, along with Sanger et al got the ball rolling but even before that it was all ready in the works.
Tends to get them hot under the collar.
But I figure that if I keep talking it might, at some point, sink in and they'll look it up and study on it a bit.
