Boeing did it -- in front of a camera. An eyepopping rehearsal video Boeing released Thursday shows off its newest version of the Dreamliner aircraft the 787-9 performing some impressive and beautiful banks and ascents.

I LOVE the DREAMLINER. Flew it four times last year and will be on board again in three weeks. Flying is again a pleasure on this plane. I fly Norwegian.

You should see some of the video of vietnam footage with C130s making quick exits..

This is a mainstay of local (western washington) legend.
Thousands of jaws dropped when Tex Johnson did this over Seattle’s unlimited hydro races on Lake Washington.
And William Boeing was waiting back at the Lazy B for an explanation from Tex, very unhappy at the risk the test pilot took.
