Well...he could have twisted an ankle...fallen back and hit his head on back end of treadmill or floor...I spend enough time on a TM to be very cognizant of possibilities. .plus saw a lady go flying backwards off one once

I could see falling forward and hitting the front of your head - but the back?!

There are a lot of ways to fall on a treadmill and get spit off the back.

Hard enough to cause great blood loss? Right.

Why go to a gym when one can always exercise outside (’cept in places like Baltimore)?

Plus, the back of the treadmill, is the Tread.which is going over a roller,
I don’t think so either.

Very suspicious. I’ve been on a treadmill for sprint training-hopped on at max speed to “force” you to go faster for a several seconds at a time. I fell once-forward. I don’t see how you could fall backward on a treadmill unless you already unconscious when you fell.

People slam their head on cement floors, bleed out and die on a regular basis. Put him on blood thinner What’s your theory, that someone came into a fancy private resort and smashed this guy on the back of the head as he worked out?

All I can say is that you can go to any gym and see row upon row of people working out inside.

As I was saying before I hit “post,” put him on blood thinners and it’s even easier.
