Gang member facing murder charges was spared deportation under Obama program

The Obama administration has admitted that an illegal immigrant and known gang member -- who recently was charged in the murders of four people -- was allowed to remain in the United States under President Obama's executive actions.

Emmanuel Jesus Rangel-Hernandez was allowed in August 2013 to remain in the U.S., following his request about seven months earlier to stay under the president's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, according to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Director Leon Rodriguez.

Rodriquez acknowledged in a letter to a top Republican senator that Rangel-Hernandez's application was approved, even though a federal crime database indicated he was a "known gang member."

"Based on the standard procedures and protocols in place at the time, the DACA request and related employment authorization should not have been approved," said Rodriguez, in a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, who had raised questions about the case.

He doesn’t care. His aim is to cripple or destroy the US.

Since Mexico is severely strained by the US returning a lot of hardcore criminals at once, the solution might be to create buffer prisoner holding facilities, essentially prisons, just north of the border.

It is tricky legal ground, because they are often criminals who have served their time in US prisons, but are Mexican citizens and need to be repatriated. So this would have to be a detention prison, releasing them back to Mexican authority only at a rate they could take.

As a far better alternative than letting them run wild up here.

Ironically, the area where they would be kept would be the equivalent to a “duty free area” in an airport. They would be considered “in transit” and under the jurisdiction of the CPB.

As with the Tom Hanks movie, The Terminal, they would be kept in the gap between nations.

of course you are right. the families of anyone murdered or raped by these pieces of garbage should form a political committee for the Republicans in 2016, unless they are democrats, then well...I guess they’re on their own

I don’t believe they have a death penalty in Mexico. Some states do here so I think he can get his wish to stay and I can get mine that he get exterminated.

a federal crime database indicated he was a "known gang member."

It is called a professional courtesy, one gang (El Loco de Democrats) to the another.

“”Let me tell you what DACA is about,” Psaki told Fox News. “It’s not about not only giving a path [to citizenship] to individuals who are in the United States. It’s morally right.”

Try telling that to the families of this guys 4 victims.

Give him to us, he won’t ever murder again. I mean Rangel-Hernandez, not Obama.
