I think the big three are Rory, Bubba and Jordan with Phil right on their heels.

Good choices, but remember the defending champ (Adam Scott) and Cabrerra who always seems to be in the mix at Augusta. The Duck always seems to do well at this venue.

"I predict a newcomer..."

I think that's a good bet if by 'newcomer' you mean first time winner which would include Sergio, Speith, Jason Day and Ryan Moore

I don’t know how I missed it. Maybe 9:00 am was EST. It didn’t show up on my guide in PST.

At any rate, I’m still disappointed. After they find a way to repeat Big Break multiple times.

I hope Tiger make a creditable showing, but this Masters belongs to the up-and-comers; Rory, Jordan, and maybe even last month’s surprise winners, James Hahn and Matt Every if they can stay on a roll.

I plan to watch from an exercise bike in front of a huge TV at the gym on Sunday. I’ll probably get as much exercise as the players. Do I get a trophy too?

after all he did win the 2008 US Open including 19 playoff holes with 2 stress fractures in his left leg

And essentially ruined his career doing so. I remember sitting on the couch screaming at him to concede the match. Rocco Mediate, opponent, was no threat to him in the rankings, he had nothing to lose but a few hundred thou, which he'd never miss. His body hasn't been reliable since then. Stupid antlers on the hilltop stuff, he shudda known better.

So the oddsmakers didn’t even rank James Hahn? Meanwhile, Hahn hit a hole in one on the tough 12th hole yesterday.

Got my eye on him.

Woods’ game has suffered since he got off the roids.

Tiger, Rory, Jordan Spieth, etc... One thing’s for sure - today they are off and running!

Mickelson's peak years are over, his age and his back problems are taking their toll.....he's currently 22nd on the tour.

But I think he can still put together four rounds and contend and hopefully win a major. Two years ago he came out of nowhere to win the British Open, and I would have said his game was totally unsuited for winning a British.

Jordan Spieth, 8-under through fourteen. He’s flirting with the course record.

Go Jordan! Looks like this will be his breaking out party, like Tiger in 97.

Congrats to the young man, shown here hugging his Dad (in green shirt no less). Anyone notice that all friends and family (except Mom) had Under Armour shirts on? Family promotion!
