That would be Heather Fong. She went on to DHS.
http://blog.sfgate.com/cityinsider/2015/01/06/former-sf-police-chief-heather-fong-hired-at-homeland-security/
From the comments
“Now Fong gets to be a triple-dipping pension superstar!
When she left the Hall of Justice in 2009, Police Chief Heather Fong, 53, had 32 years under her belt - and is receiving two pensions: $229,500 a year as a safety worker, and a second pension of $48,156 per year for a grand total of $277,656, topping the list of the city's pensioners. “
One of the previous Chiefs Fred Lau retired out with 200K++
and lateraled to the head of TSA in Oakland at 100++. Nice work if you can get it. Starting salary is $301,418 for the SFPD chief now.

Wrong SWAT address raid killing people and dogs, youre still on the force. Next time that happens the occupants should claim that the SWAT team yelled homophobic slurs as they barged in. That'll get them fired.

What's interesting is that the cops of that era played by Douglas and Malden probably topped out at 30K in the 1970s.
And I wager their pensions were in the 20K/year range.
None of this 277K/yr nonsense.
Who in the private sector has a pension like that?

Not many if any in private sector land.
30K meant a lot more then than now. Not that either lived the high life but could live OK.
The pension wouldn’t be so hot but at least it existed and was probably sustainable even with the economics of the time.
That 277 jazz isn’t and it’s sickening.

What about officers who use the name of my Saviour as a curse?
Can they be fired for being anti-Christian?
To: MichaelCorleone
This is really good news for all of those Mafia Capos busted by cops using ethnic slurs! Surely now they will be released!
Cop calls killer a dirty name. Killer goes free. I got it.
