Well, the sky here is clear enough. I can see some stars.
Because we’re 10 miles inland from the Pacific Ocean, we’re sometimes overcast, but not tonight.
We’re in Ventura County, CA. Which is about 35 miles north and slightly west of Los Angeles.
I’ve been emailing with a cousin in Scotland about the eclipse, and of course they are ahead in time by about 9 hours.
I’ll be off to bed soon, so - -
2017 it probably will be!

Thats it.
It’s out of Scotland, and headed towards the Arctic.
But it was a damn good one!

Son of a gun - I’m emailing with a cousin in Scotland!
But it’s been about 30 minutes ago - - -
I’m about 35 miles north of Los Angeles, and 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean.
