EPA Climate Regulations Expected to Hit Manufacturing Sector Especially Hard
American Legislator ^ | 2-18-15 | John Eick

A short paper recently released by the Heritage Foundation takes a look at the expected manufacturing job losses as a result of President Obama’s Climate Action Plan. Predictably, they are significant.

Using a social cost of carbon (SCC) equal to $37 per ton, the Heritage Energy Model (HEM) was used to determine the economic impact such climate regulations would have on the U.S. economy down to the state and, most interestingly, even to a congressional district level.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Rust Belt, home to what remains of the country’s once dominant industrial sector, can expect to see the largest losses in manufacturing jobs by 2023. Historically impoverished communities in many southern states that rely heavily on manufacturing jobs will also not be spared.

The thing of it is that a future president can simply order the head of the EPA to simply undo the damaging regulations yet it seems that once a regulation is in place that it stays no matter what or who gets in office.

As intended. Can't have any of those nasty, smelly manufacturing jobs around. The kind that a person without a master's degree can make a good living doing. No sir. Then they climb the private-sector ladder, learn how to do worthwhile things with their mind by engaging with reality through use of their hands.

Build problem-solving skills in the real world.

Next thing you know, they're making good money, buying land, SUVs, ATVs, RVs, etc. Start turning into Republicans. Yecch.

California will be a good example of how this rolls out, as they already have state Cap N Tax in place.

What are the Democrats who represent those manufacturing areas of the country going to do about stopping Obama’s attack on their citizens’ families? This will bring more economic devastation than the housing collapse of 2008.

What you’re actually seeing here is a 21’st Century vision of idolatry, i.e. the ultimate goal here is to reduce the human population of the planet to medieval levels for the glory of Gaea. Greentards are basically Malthusians.

OK!! Everybody pay attention!

Lesson for today:

1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.

2. The sun is a ball of fire that controls the climates of all its planets.

3. The earth is one of the sun’s planets.

4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.

5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.

Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?

This is just another part on the attack on capitalism. Agenda 21 was designed by the UN to kill capitalism and reduce world population to 85million. Their plans are right on schedule.

With all due respect to the family and supporters of the late President Nixon, he should never have signed the bill that established the EPA imo. This is because, not only have the states never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate intrastate environmental issues, but also consider the following.

As mentioned in related threads, the Founding States had made the first numbered clauses in the Constitution, Sections 1-3 of Article I, evidently a good plate to hide them from the federal government, to clarify that all federal legislative / regulatory powers are vested in the elected members of Congress, not in the executive or judicial branches, or in non-elected federal bureaucrats like those running the EPA. So Congress has a constitutional monopoly on federal legislative / regulatory powers whether it wants it or not.

So not only is Congress unconstitutionally delegating federal legislative / regulatory powers to non-elected government bureaucrats, blatantly ignoring Sections 1-3 mentioned above and wrongly protecting such power from the wrath of the voters by doing so, but as mentioned earlier, corrupt Congress is delegating powers that it never had in the first place.

Are we having fun yet?

What a mess! 8^P

man is responsible for... hold onto your hats.... 0.0015% of all the CO2 in our atmosphere-

Our atmosphere has just 0.04% CO2 in it- that’s it- of that amount, man is responsible for only 3.4%- the rest occurs naturally

So 3.4% of 0.04% = 0.0015% CO2 in our atmosphere that is due to man

And we’re going to financially cripple this nation to ‘fix’ something that WE DID NOT CREATE NOR ARE AFFECTING.

Where is the GOP on this issue? Where are they? We are about to be destroyed as a nation because our energy costs are going to go through the roof, in the name of global climate change, something we are NOT causing- that we CAN NOT BE CAUSING, and the GOP are SILENT!

Folks, of that 0.0015% of the atmosphere CO2 that we are responsible for, only a VERYU TINY fraction of earth’s escaping heat actually gets trapped, and of that VERY TINY amount of heat that gets trapped, only a VERY TINY fraction of that amount actually gets back radiated I nthe right direct to earth- there is no way in hell that this tiny amount of heat can change global climates- NONE! You are talking only TINY FRACTION of the3 0.0015% of heat that escapes making it’s way back to earth- and when it finally gets released, it is instantly overwhelmed by the cooler temps and is NEVER EVEN NOTICED because it equalizes out to he surrounding temps instantly-

I can not believe we have to sit here in America and watch our GOP representatives ALLOW this LIE to be spread that man is entirely responsible for global climate change!

0.0015% man produced CO2 in our atmosphere is no more capable of trapping heat, sending it back to earth, and having it cause global climate change than a man pissing I n the ocean once caused global flooding!

These onerous EPA regulations have nothing to do with the climate, the environment or saving the planet. They have everything to do with killing capitalism and converting the economy of the US into socialism. This is a covert agenda of the liberal left. This is the left's typical slight of hand, overtly showing you one hand while covertly doing something else with the other.

From Wikipedia: "There's a sucker born every minute" is a phrase most likely spoken by David Hannum, in criticism of both P. T. Barnum, an American showman of the mid 1800s, and his customers. The phrase is often credited to Barnum himself. It means "Many people are gullible....." This is what the climate change hoaxers rely on to continue to push their folly.

As David Horowitz has said, "The issue [climate change] is never the issue. The issue is always the socialist revolution.

Not without doing a pretty thorough housecleaning first - there are enough hard-core leftists that many will resist and continue the illegal ways; remember how some folks refused to be fired by Bush?

Firsts we have to get a president in the WH that might be prone to making such a move - many here are already down to Cruz or nobody which doesn't bode well for our side. Then they have the lunatic thoughts that if we don't get Cruz, it's because the GOP didn't learn its lesson and still needs to be punished - some are ready to punish the GOP until Freedom is long gone and no longer a dictionary entry.
