Unless Jenner has the chromosomes for a female, he is simply mentally ill. The "woman in a man's body" situation is real, but **exceedingly** rare.
99.99%+ of these people getting sex change surgery are just mentally ill.
The bigger question is, what kind of society surgically MUTILATES its MENTALLY ILL members? This is no different than drilling a hole into the prefrontal lobe, shoving in a wire whisk and scrambling the brain, as was once considered a proper and ethical treatment.
One wonders what all of those cheering on the surgical sexual mutilation of these sick people would say to doing that instead? No real difference IMO. Those so in favor of this are themselves nothing more than ignorant barbarians.

I was advised before I started Basic Training “don’t drop the soap”.I’d give the same advice to Ms Jenner but somehow I think it would fall on deaf ears.

BTW, given his propensity for (a) mental incapacity, (b) mental instability and (c) a desire for reconstructive genital surgery, I’d say that a 50-year sentence would just about eliminate this ORC from society.

Just as any first offended, it gets plead down to a misdemeanor. The only jail time he would see is if he guest stars on a remake of OZ.
This ‘reconstruction’ is just how the civil case will be made: A computer model that seems at variance with the already-observed facts (see Global warming). Very unlikely there’s even a traffic ticket to Jenner.
My question of the day is this: “HOW CAN ANY ONE, LIVING AS A MAN FOR 70 YEARS, BE HAPPY TO BE A “WOMAN”? Now Jenner is neither a man or a woman. Oh he can call himself anything he wants to, but the rest of the world will look at him like a circus side show.
Memo: Might want to revisit that sex-adjustment decision.
