Living with a black man entails a higher risk of spousal abuse. The victim seems unwilling to leave the abuser, so police efforts are largely wasted.
Factor in a black influenced “City Mack Daddy Cohort” and one wonders why the taxpayers bother with a police department.
Arming all adults would be much cheaper.
