2 dead, 1 injured in 3 Miami shootings

MIAMI (WSVN) -- A 14-year-old boy is fighting for his life after he was gunned down in broad daylight, the third in a series of shootings taking place within blocks of each other in Miami Sunday that, police said, also claimed the lives of two men.

According to Miami Police, 30-year-old Reginald Killings was fatally shot outside of his home on Northwest 56th Street and Fourth Avenue, around 10 a.m. "A black male was shot multiple times right outside of his house," said Miami Police Officer Rene Pimentel.

"If you see anything strange or uncommon in the neighborhood, please give us a call. We'll come out, investigate it, and we'll see if we can prevent these shootings from happening in the future."

That would be what would happen in a sane society. Some people scream about constitutional rights when the subject (and solution) are brought up. Others say the constitution is a not a suicide pact. I'm among the latter.

If a certain segment of the population can't control themselves and put themselves and others in serious danger, they should be clamped down on. That means young, black males.

I doubt anything will be done. Fifty years from now black males will still be slaughtering black males at astronomical rates. And evil whitey will still be blamed.
