Thomas Jefferson said that the care and protection of human life was the first order of business for any decent government, but Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid has a fundamentally different opinion of the pro-life bill to ban abortions after 20 weeks. He calls it America’s “worst nightmare.”

Harry Reid has long insisted that he’s “pro-life” on the issue of abortion, but on Wednesday his Senate Majority PAC sent out a fundraising email calling legislation to ban most abortions during the final four months of pregnancy “our WORST NIGHTMARE”:

On DAY ONE, Republican extremists in Congress launched their first major assault on women’s health care – pushing a bill that would have BANNED abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy.
The full text of Harri Reid’s letter to his political backers reads similarly to a Planned Parenthood fundraising missive or press release in that it calls banning abortions an attack on women’s health, even though abortion adversely affects women’s health and involves the destruction of unborn children.

As LifeNews previously reported, pro-abortion Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid lost his position when pro-life candidates took over the U.S. Senate. This is very good for the pro-life movement because Reid has repeatedly supported pro-abortion President Barack Obama. He’s also refused to allow pro-life bills to come to a vote in the Senate.
In 2013, after the passage of the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (H.R 1797) through the U.S House of Representatives, Reid said that we shouldn’t focus on “fringe issues” like late abortion. However, he failed to realize it is those who support late abortion that are on the most radical fringe of the pro-abortion movement.
Even Reid’s own Mormon bishop has taken him to task.
In November, Mark Peredes, a Mormon bishop, wrote in his blog, “Good Riddance to Harry Reid, the Mormon Senate Leader,” that his support of abortion rights runs contrary to church positions and are an “embarrassment”.
He elaborated, “Of all of yesterday’s election results, the one that made me dance a jig was the ousting of Harry Reid as Senate Majority Leader. The Senate’s most powerful perch will no longer be occupied by a man who does not take his religion seriously.”
Sorry Harry, you need two eyes to read a bill...you can not vote ON A BILL YOU CAN NOT READ...WAKE UP AMERICA.

I watched a documentary that showed a late term abortion while holding my 2 month old son who had been delivered at 35 weeks. The murdered baby that they wrapped up to throw away looked exactly like my preemie son when he was born.
I was pro-life before seeing that, but now am passionate about ending legal infanticide in our country. It was the most horrible and devastating thing I have ever seen. People who push for abortion to be allowed whenever for whatever reason must be serving satan, even if they don’t know it. Harry Reid is just another tool of the devil.
Obama is the America’s worst nightmare, Reid is second.
Reid is demonically driven. What a vile thing he is.
