A good, old-fashioned western tonight. Tennessee (John Payne) is a whiskey-drinking, high stakes gambling, all around rogue with few friends and plenty of enemies. His life begins to change when a good-natured miner named Cowpoke (Ronald Reagan) saves his life during an ambush. But will their budding friendship survive when Tennessee meets Cowpoke's bride-to-be (Colleen Gray), who may not be all she appears to be?

Co-starring Rhonda Fleming and Leo Gordon.

I really like this one, and I think you guys will too. Payne and Reagan play off each other well, and Leo Gordon is always a plus for me (one of my favorite character actors). Just a nice little movie to kick back and watch with a bowl of popcorn. 7/10.

I have the Western channel and that is mostly what I watch even though I have seen all of them dozens of times, but I don’t remember seeing this one.

The Western channel had one on today I had never seen before. It was entitle “Branded” and had Alan Ladd and Mona Freeman, pretty good movie!
