>> LOL @ trust me.
To paraphrase an old joke:
Q: How do you say “Eff You” in Federalese?
A: “Trust me!”

Subjective POV. My opinion is that Tesla’s products conform to your stated “rule”.

You will, comrade! After the Warren regime makes it mandatory to own one. Enforced by the IRS, of course.

I like Teslas. They aren’t golf carts. This new Chevy is.

How about stuck on the Mass Pike in a snow storm? How good are you gonna feel about using heat, radio or head lights?

Keeping tabs on the NAIAS this morning. Think I’ll stick with the Shelby GT350R.

The Leaf was advertised to have a 100 mile range, but in reality, 50 is what it can really do.
The Bolt will do 200 miles?
Prove it.

“Is that with people in it?
How about the heater or AC?
Into a 20mph headwind? How about uphill?
Just axin’.”
How about sitting on the Long Island Expressway or the GW Bridge for an hour?

I’m sure we can find 200 miles of contiguous downhill road *somewhere* in the world. ;-)

“The Leaf was advertised to have a 100 mile range, but in reality, 50 is what it can really do. The Bolt will do 200 miles? Prove it.” Only in the most absolute worst conditions in sub-freezing weather.
Also, the advertised range of the leaf is 84 miles. You get over 100 in mild weather and you can get down to 50 in sub-freezing weather with the heater blasting.

Its funny listening to the collectivists try to figure out why Ford beats the competition so much.
Its very simple. Even when they go enviro-friendly, they still put what the customer wants, first.
