Formerly the "Fans of Quinn and Rose Discussion" thread. We still hold out hope that our favorite talk show hosts will come back on the air - and all indications are that they will be, very soon! As we wait, our friendly group will still meet to start the day. Are the roads really bad enough to warrant a two-hour delay? So frustrating.
On another note, what an absolute international embarrassment this prez is. I know I’m staring the obvious & this is just one more thing to add to a long list of Obama screw-ups, but geez.
I drove my 30 mile trek to work from Natrona Heights to Greentree - no issues. :)
I guess the prez had too many rounds of golf to take time to go to France, but it is surprising that he didn’t take the opportunity for a trip.
Well I would argue that him not taking the opportunity for a trip was by design. This guy is dumb like a fox & the lack of representation at the Paris rally, in my opinion, was a deliberate middle finger to the West.
This guy has more disdain & harsher words for the Tea Party than he does for Muslim terrorists.

Oh that describes obama perfectly!! There is no doubt that it was by design that obama was not there. He couldn't even send a representative? Was there anything else so important that he could not be there? How much evidence do libs need that obama stands with the terrorists against the West? obama said he would stand with the muslims in a quote in his book.:

I have told myself I should pray for him. I have done, several times. He can be converted. Nothing is impossible with God. But I have a very very hard time. He seems so - evil.

Didn’t have any problems this morning either. Now they’re saying that the afternoon might be challenging because of freezing. Sometimes I think the news media just likes to stress us out.

We don’t have a delay out here....we have an InService Day for Teachers, so my guess, the Twp will have “saved” some salt as the buses are not running.
Took one son back to school yesterday. Only one at home now. Revolving door here...
I agree about Dear Leader, crazy like a fox, but sometimes even foxes get out foxed. I’m going ask...what if Barry gives a “summit” and some peeps decide to NOT fly to DC? I’m NOT buying the security issue; Bibi marched (and my guess he would get many threats). The difference, BN KNOWS that is important and NEEDED for Israel and Jewish people to show up and to visit the Paris synagogue (where the previous attack ooccured). That is what leaders do. BO was probably trying to get the leaders to promise to do “hands up, don’t shoot” and when they said NO his peeps (ValJ) said “security issues.” I do think this very big slight WILL COME BACK to haunt as a terribly poor decision (w/western allies).

Even the Dems are having a hard time defending Dear Leader for being a no-show in Paris. I think he’s checked out of the Presidency already, and shifted into retirement mode.
Worse than that....somebody signed up my business phone number to receive automated calls from the Upper St. Clair school district. Nearly every day I have been getting recorded messages telling me about the latest delay.
Except that my kids are grown, I never lived in Upper St. Clair, and the office is not even located within their borders.
