We still hold out hope that our favorite talk show hosts will come back on the air but, whether they do or not, our friendly group will still meet to start the day. So if you are preparing to go to work, are getting home from work - or happily retired - stop in and say mornin' and share the latest news, discuss the weather, share a recipe, or whatever!

Good morning!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

Well except for BO and his minions of course. Not that they celebrate Christmas.

Mrs p6 and I are sick. Kids are mostly petrie dishes for sickness...sigh.

Our Christmas was very nice - but too busy - and I’m glad the holidays are almost over. Four days off in a row - and I’m exhausted!

You and Mrs p6 get some rest! I hope you can both take a couple of days off!

And I’m sure you heard about the insult that North Korea threw at obama! LOL!!! Freepers got a lot of mileage out of that one!

The left must be in a quandary. Can they bust on the norks for the insult? I doubt it.

Our Christmas Eve was interesting.
If you recall it was very windy. I went to the sliding glass doors to look at my weather station.

Oops...my left leg then my right leg gave out. Grabbed for the door but it wasn’t locked so it slid.

Bottom line I fell pretty hard and took out the Christmas tree, presents, trains and more. Hit my head and twisted badly. Of course help from mrs p6 and youngest son was SLOW in coming and when they found me they were laughing hysterically and taking pictures.

My ribs are all bruised and the coughing and sneezing hasn’t helped.

But we still had a great Christmas.

Good evening n’@!

Honest...I looked for the thread this morning...but we were rushing around (small flood, garbage disposal doesn’t “dispose” but leaks now) and had to get my (the 09) Jeep inspected (yeah! The rotors needed cut!). I swear my appliances (and vehicle) “talk” ...”hey...she lost her job...LETS BREAK!”

P6-—>BE CAREFUL!!! You could have cracked ribs...and a concussion:(

I hope to be “up” for the regular thread time in the morning...but...kiddo doesn’t have HS til next Monday...so w/aPaDad on shutdown (they close this week at his site) our wake up (for rest of the week) is Baxter’s bladder ...when he barks...were up!

Yinz enjoy the nice weather n’@!!!
