That’s all you got? A weak straw man argument? Lol. Whatever dude. Go right ahead and keep on promoting your propaganda. Only low info voters believe in propaganda.

It's sad/shocking to see fellow FReepers speaking in such ways. If I begin seeing too many examples of such thought, I'll leave this place, even after being here for a decade.

Unfortunately, it's a hallmark of the righties...gubmint has no business legislating any given thing, unless we support it. Double standard it is, and a major downfall of the Republican side of things.

But it is...right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. My pursuit of happiness may be different than yours, which is great! But, my pursuit of happiness is no less a right than yours. To believe your statement, one would have to believe that the 2nd Amendment grants the right. It doesn't. It's there, whether the 2A exists or not.

My pursuit of happiness is no less a right than yours. I base my decisions on reality, truth and such, not ignorant propaganda based on lies. You have no clue what you're talking about when it comes to legalization. Not at all.

Yup!

We don’t like “big government”, unless it’s “OUR big government”.......

Such thinking is intellectually bankrupt, and that’s where I part ways with them.

I’m now bored of you two stoners. I’ll leave you with this...

With great freedom comes great responsibility.

Now. Argue all you want on how responsible one can be stoned to the bone. Argue on how great America would be if we all could get high.

As for me, I’m outta here.

A self admitted dope user

For the record, I'm also:

A Conservative voter, a successful white collar professional who gets up early every morning, goes to work and pays my taxes, goes to church and pays tithes, a married man with 2 amazing, smart children, a former State leader with the "Young Republicans", former Republican candidate for State office and infrequent fundraiser for FR. So much for the "loser" stereotype, huh? Or, does the loser stereotype apply to anyone who simply partakes? But don't let reality destroy those outdated, incorrect stereotypes for ya. Stay low info, my FRiend.

you don’t have a constitutional right to have happiness swinging dead cats in a crowded room. nice straw man.

There is not constitutional inalienable right to operate heavy machinery while intoxicated.

Pursuit of happiness is about property. Property of the person, thought, possessions, work, etc. There is no property right of stoned and stupid.

Which is why I don't. However, what I grow in my backyard, and do in the privacy of my living room, is none of your business whatsoever.

Nope. I don't drive intoxicated, so there's no need for punishment. Unless, of course, you advocate thought crimes, in which case, you need to give up your guns, since you MIGHT commit a crime with them.

Agreed. But the consequences of being in possession of either are too damn severe in our police state.

It is a Good Thing to piss off (or on) anyone who thinks either should be restricted.
