Prosecutor: Some Ferguson witnesses clearly lied

ST. LOUIS (AP) — The St. Louis County prosecutor who convened the grand jury that investigated the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown says some witnesses before the panel obviously lied under oath. Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch spoke Friday to KTRS radio (http://bit.ly/1v16wTk ). It was his first interview since his Nov. 24 announcement that the grand jury would not indict Ferguson officer Darren Wilson. McCulloch referred to one woman who backed up Wilson's account with details clearly pulled from a newspaper account. The Aug. 9 shooting of the black and unarmed Brown by a white officer spurred significant unrest, as did the grand jury announcement. State Rep. Karla May is urging a legislative committee investigating why Gov. Jay Nixon did not use National Guard troops in Ferguson to investigate McCulloch for prosecutorial misconduct.

And why, exactly, aren't they being charged with perjury? Isn't lying to a Grand Jury under oath a felony? Oh, silly me...I keep forgetting: It is politically incorrect for the Department of Justice to go after blacks. It seems as if they can do no wrong just as whites can do no right. Go figure.

Apparently it is how you conduct a job interview with the State. Worked for Dorian Johnson.

The chilling reality is, there were a number of so-called witnesses that were willing to put an innocent white police officer in jail for the rest of his life.

If I were a white cop, I'd buy my own go-pro.

"[S]purred significant unrest?

I think it should've been written as 'occasioned', or 'opportuned' or "wasn't let go to waste by looters and activists, turning the opportunity into significant unlawful displays."

The story is from the Associated Press. The prosecutor is a Democrat. This is a story trying to show that people lied for the policeman. This is nothing more than Democrats trying to cover for a Democrat.

State Rep. Karla May is urging a legislative committee investigating why Gov. Jay Nixon did not use National Guard troops in Ferguson to investigate McCulloch for prosecutorial misconduct.?

What a floater in the toilet bowl this Karla May must be! Did she get this bright idea from Dorian Johnson or Michael Brown's step-father? Since when are National Guardsmen reasonably used for such a purpose?

Like the MO Lt. Governor, I would request Eric Holder and the DOJ publish any new and relevant facts they may have uncovered in their not-yet-released investigation.

The woman first mentioned here that got her details from the news? She was white. They will probably prosecute her and not the others, of course.

When the chief law enforcer in the land is a known liar and his lying goes unpunished, why would anyone expect the petty liars/perjurers to be held accountable? Besides, it’s okay if the lie conforms to the liar-in-chief’s agenda.

Uhh...wasn’t Bob the one that said he was putting out all of the grand jury trial info...and, then withheld grand jury trial info?

You are right. Can’t argue with that. He wouldn’t know the truth if it bit him in the ass. My hope is that sooner or later...it will.

Seems to me like it all boils down to responsibility. Where can a society go but down when it no longer means anything. Example: So many young black men father children out of wedlock, depart the scene, and taxpayers are tasked to provide for their upbringing. Women realize that the more children they have the bigger the welfare checks. Liberalism gone amuck. No one responsible for anything...unless you are a conservative. Then you are held accountable for things you have nothing to do with. Go figure.

Maybe we need to throw this phrase back in their faces (approximate quote): “I dream of the day when men will be judged by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin.” That’ll never happen without the good Lord’s help. I’m saying national soul-searching, life-changing revival. Oops...now I’m stepping on dangerous ground. But, hey, I’m old. I’ve paid my dues. I’ll say what I want to say.

Seems like nothing of significance happens regarding the dems without political “coloring” does it?
