There’s enough of a public trust debt with pharmaceutical companies now that this sort of thing isn’t going to help.

How can an unelected bureaucrat do this?

Can she confer immunity from charges legal action brought at the state level?

Pretty sure all companies that manufacture vaccines are immune from any kind of legal recourse for adverse reactions. So how is this different?

Great research. So many xlnt articles in one place. From: "The Dark Side of Cuba's Ebola Economy" from the Daily Beast: Despite all the government oppression and poverty and the endless speeches by el líder maximo and his sibling, the Cuban healthcare and education systems are still held up as justification for the 1959 Cuban revolution in and of themselves.

The fifty -year-old lie continues. When Castro came in, he took over a country with a thriving economy, the best by far in the Caribbean. US State Department figures from the year before Castro reveal that Cuba HAD an excellent healthcare system and a very good education system. And of course, the Havana phone book from the year before Castro (a highly prized collectors item) had yellow pages with thousands of business listings. I was in Havana fifteen years ago; we stayed in an excellent hotel in Old Havana, still a very nice place when the lights and water worked. The tourist area around the cruise ship docks had touristy shops. But the rest of Havana? WE walked around for days and could not find one single grocery store, clothing shop, zip, zero, nada. They had NO retail economy other that tourist businesses…. We spent hours with Cuban citizens, lovely people -- when they were in a safe place where they couldn't be overheard, the all complained about Castro and wished they had guns… But I digress. Point is, that barbaric commie lout Castro has always taken credit for healthcare and education systems that were in place when he took over. If anything, the healthcare system has gone downhill since then.

That tells you something! I’m not taking it if the manufacturer needs to be protected when the vaccine maims or kills people.

I doubt they did any human trial studies before releasing it into the general population. Seeing how much respect for human life that liberals possess and seeing the nature of humanism’s “ethics” - stay away from this until it’s been out a while and you can sum up it’s degree of danger.

Bring out your dead! The Dark Man cometh! Bring out your dead! The Dark Man cometh! Bring out your......

(Since all records of obama's past were lost in a tragic boating accident and fire, no one can be certain that the guy in the red circle isn't him...)

Post to me or FReep mail to be on/off the Bring Out Your Dead ping list.

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.

So far the false positive rate is 100%.

At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.

*sigh* Such is life, and death...

For such a vaccine, you test it on the already infected, that is the human trial, and if the people die anyways at a decent fraction, then they can say that the vaccine didn’t work.
