The Jets gave up a third round pick for Tebow. RGIII should be worth at least that to a team who can wait and see if he can heal up and show something on the field. But in the end he may well wind up being the latest in a long line of 1st round quarterback busts.
The team has been an absolute mess for a long time. There’s no consistency or stability there. That’s a reflection of the ownership.
Snyder is the new Al Davis without ever being the old Al Davis.
And the following year we should see Johnny Football in the same position of running quarterbacks whose game does not translate into viable NFL material.
No, you can’t pin this on anti-Christianity. The guy is NOT an NFL quality QB, and neither was Tebow. ALL “running QBs” soon find the door, regardless of their religious beliefs: Vince Young, Jack Mildren (turned into a DB), Tebow, RG III, Bobby Douglas. There just isn’t a role for someone who can’t complete passes in tough situations.
Actually Snyder is the old Al Davis, without ever having been the young Al Davis.
As a Cowboys fan one of my few consolations is that they don't have the worst owner in the NFC East.
...even shaved that horrible beard down to size.
Superman J.J. Watt had another great game, defense & offence with 3rd TD catch.
He's so fat now, if he doesn't work out at QB, he can play nose tackle.
Tebow II. - The Blacklist Saga.

Tim was a tremendous leader and a fine college quarterback. His skills just did not translate to the pros. It happened before Tebow and will happen again.
RG3 seems to be playing in such a way so as to protect his knees above all. Seems to lack physical confidence. That doesnt translate to being a starter in the NFL.
Both will be starters again.
Tebow in SEC network booth, Griffin on the football field. Religion notwithstanding.
Your right it is. Its been messy for years and has zero stability. It is the ownership because the only thing consistent in this is the ownership as coaches, players, and office personnel have come and gone.
If, by "blacklist", you mean - could not hit water if they fell out of a boat, then I agree with you.
Also it looks like he is another product of a wacky college system who cant run a Pro style offense.
...I do believe many college programs would love to have Baylor’s ‘wacky system’...and its won/lost record...
