Back when Bill Cosby was the king of network television, veteran NBC employee Frank Scotti served as the royal fixer.
When Cosby invited young models into his Brooklyn dressing room, the megastar’s pal stood watch outside the door. When the married Cosby sought a Queens apartment for another pretty face, Scotti arranged the deal.
And when the man behind Fat Albert needed cash disbursed to his flock of single female friends — hey, hey, hey — Scotti became the conduit for payments of up to $2,000 a month.
“He had everybody fooled,” said Scotti in an exclusive interview with the Daily News. “Nobody suspected.”
Scotti came forward last week with his insider’s look at Cosby’s womanizing ways during the magical 1984-92 run of “The Cosby Show.”

Kind of creepy that this guy waits until he’s 90 years to to come clean because “ he feels sorry for the women”.
No, Cosby did NOT have everybody fooled. Those paying attention knew this information. So, why is this such a big deal now? The statute of limitations has expired and no charges can be brought.
There is an agenda behind this.

It isn’t like we can all just speak to the nation whenever we desire, especially in the 1980s about signing money orders.
He recalled Cosby presenting him with “a satchel of money, all $100 bills,” and pressing Scotti to distribute the payments using money orders in his own name.<\i>
Cosby is incredibly rich, not just celebrity rich, but Hollywood powerhouse rich.

IF this all there was, it would be no big deal other than it’s another famous person with two personas. This is Cosby’s pimp for prostitution, and the rich and famous dab in it....Nothing essentially illegal and no doubt cosby paid him royally.
What is troubling are the allegation of drugging women with Roofies. Now we got a serial pervert guy here.

Here in L.A. There is so much money floating around, it’s hard to tell. In this town, actors and actresses are small potatoes.
Really, anyone could have done, with a fraction of the money. He did it with his reputation, the fact he was black, a bunch of enablers and women who should have known better for the most part.
Creepy: Bill Cosby was a 2002 recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom for “cultural or other significant public or private endeavors.” Eeeew.
Power is the greatest Aphrodiasiac. Power at any level, from the kid who scored the winning touchdown, to the business man who made a killing to the lawyer who just one a big case. It goes to your head.
COsby was at the top of his game...and I’m sure the adrenaline was running all the time. You’d see him on Playboy with Hefner all the time. He had women all the time. He paid them.
The Scotti article talks about Cosby giving women money for their kids etc.
I don’t have a problem accepting that Cosby paid for sex. I have a problem with the allegations that he serially drugged the women and also that he was the icon for the perfect black family man.
Cosby has always been a rainmaker, and not just for the men above him, but for the people below him.
Cosby has been incredibly successful in Hollywood, even as far back as the 1960s he was a giant.
uh....pretty sure he would have HAD to drug the women to have sex with him......he’s always been creepy without a script.
I think the only agenda might be: Be sure your sin will find you out. IOW, busted.
Scotti should be charged with accessory to rape and collusion to cover up a felony.
