One of the architects of Obamacare said the law was written in a deliberately “tortured” way and relied on the “stupidity of the American voter” to ensure its passage. In a newly unearthed 2013 clip, Jonathan Gruber, the MIT health economist who helped craft parts of the Affordable Care Act, got fairly candid about the tactics used to get the Affordable Care Act passed during a panel at the Annual Health Economists’ Conference last year.

I realize that SCOTUS is going to hear the case on the o’care subsidies. The same subsidies that this c@cksucker Gruber ran his mouth about.
If I’m correct, in this latest video, apparently Gruber states that all the mandates, etc are in fact taxes, etc etc and that they were concealed using different language, b/c us Americans are so damn stupid.

Can this latest revelation be used as part of the arguments presented to SCOTUS or has the argument on subsidies, etc already been set in stone?
I happen to agree with the guy. In a world of intelligent, informed voters democrats would never even make the ballot.

The idiots in Congress who voted for Obamacare without any debate or even reading the bill are at fault. However the media helped keep the contents under wraps and spread Obama’s total lies to low information voters

I think Mr. Gruber will have tire marks on him fairly soon and he’s going to be forced to “clarify” his unfortunate remarks.
That lying b***h Piglousy “deemed” the Unaffordable Care Act into law, circumventing the checks and balances of congressional budgeting. Now it’s falling apart. Let’s hope that the Supremes will drive a stake in the heart of this monster by forbidding government subsidies to those sining up in the 27 states without exchanges, as the law clearly states.
