Jane Shopping Site Launches Fundraiser for Pro-Abortion Group Girls, Inc

I just received a disturbing e-mail from Jane.com. I used to enjoy shopping on this site because they have reasonably priced boutique-esque items sent in daily e-mails. The e-mail was information about a fundraiser they have started for Girls Inc.

If you didn’t already know, Girls Inc. is an unapologetically pro-abortion organization that promotes sexual activity and abortion rights for girls.

Douglas Scott, president of Life Decisions International says about Girls Inc., “Actually, Girls Inc. is a nonprofit that indoctrinates girls so they become pro-abortion advocates. Considering its philosophy, one could reasonably predict that many of these ‘strong, smart, and bold’ girls will eventually end up lying on a table in front of an abortionist. And Girls Inc., along with the corporations that support it, will be largely responsible.”

On their FAQ page, under the heading, “What is Girls Inc.’s view on reproductive freedom,” Girls Inc. declares:

“Girls Incorporated affirms that girls and young women should make responsible decisions about sexuality, pregnancy and parenthood.

We recognize the right of all women to choose whether, when, and under what circumstances to bear children. Reproductive freedom and responsibility are essential to other rights and opportunities, including pursuit of education, employment, financial security and a stable and fulfilling family life. Restrictions of reproductive choice are especially burdensome for young women and poor women. Girls Incorporated supports a woman’s freedom of choice, a constitutional right established by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1973 in Roe vs. Wade. “

Jane.com is not just agreeing to make a small donation from some of the profits of their company. They have launched a full-blown fundraiser which gives 100% of the profits from specific t-shirts to Girls Inc.

Abortion strips power from girls.

It is a disgusting lie that girls need abortion to be successful. The right to murder children in the womb does not “level the playing field” for women to compete with men by any means in any career! Women do not need to be allowed to have abortions in order to be successful! Girls are not empowered by being taught that they should view motherhood as a curse or some kind of inconvenience which prevents them from reaching their goals in life.

Please also consider joining me in contacting Jane.com and voicing your disapproval of this fundraiser — and abstain from purchasing items from them. They do not offer any items which you cannot find somewhere else. This is a small sacrifice that we can make to stand for the rights of unborn girls — and for the young girl who is already being brainwashed into thinking she has to have sex and end her pre-born baby’s life to be successful.

Please pray that Girls Inc. would stop promoting abortion and truly honor the life of the girls they claim to serve. Join me in teaching our girls that they are valuable and beautiful and loved. Let’s teach them that they don’t have to buy into the lies of the world to attain success, competing with men at the cost of murdering innocent children.

Wouldn’t “Death Decisions International” be more fitting and accurate?
