Most of the hits involving police shootings average to 15% - 25%.
And when a cop smells a dog, they go into automatic spray-bullets-everywhere mode.
The important thing is the cop returned home safely to his family of murderous chainsaw wielding cannibals.
Out of the 5 or 6 shots Groubert fired, he hit his target once in the leg from point blank? What a Trooper!
Are the ‘Justice Brothers’ aware of this yet?
LA Times delivery women everywhere heartily agree and are grateful for poor marksmanship.

Well, is it possible that the cop in the Ferguson/Michael Brown case freaked out in a similar manner? Not saying he did, but this case proves that such things do happen.
I am in NO WAY condoning this cop, however; when ever asked for my license, I always show the palm of one hand, and slowly reach for my wallet, with the other. I tell the cop exactly what I am doing (”reaching in my pocket, sir”), and if possible, slowly rotate my body, so he can observe my hand going in my back pocket. Just as the cop wants to go home alive that day, so do I.
Notice that the pick-up is NOT NOT NOT on the surface streets but is instead on private property. And is obviously pulling into the gas pumps.
Where did the other three rounds go when Groubert recklessly endangered public safety?
Was not the incident of the old white man getting the cane out of his pickup bed also in South Carolina?

THAT is the $64 question.
How many more like him are in the SC Highway Patrol force?
When in doubt shoot first and hide behind the badge. Band of brothers. Got it?
As I have posted before just watch THX1138. It’s a movie.
>> What a Trooper!
And he’ll make an even better EX-Trooper.
He will no doubt only be terminated and that’s it. He’ll be back on someone else’s force within 6 months.
God help the community "protected" by that police force.
I know several LEO’s in SC. I would trust my life to any of them, but over time, I sense they are becoming paranoid as they are becoming more frequent targets while on the street and are often outgunned. Not condoning this incident, but it makes me wonder who in the heck would want a job in law enforcement in this day and age.
I'm not buying that.
I don’t like wearing a seat belt, we were told years ago that there would never be a ticket if you don’t wear one, thats how they got the law passed...I wear mine but not because of the law....I fear the insurance company if I ever get in an accident...their first question is ......were you wearing your seat belt...
Not true. Much LESS frequent.
and are often outgunned
Another myth.
Not condoning this incident, but it makes me wonder who in the heck would want a job in law enforcement in this day and age.
Increasingly, military rejects, whimps, steroid abusers, bullies and sociopaths.
