The Federalist # 57…

The third charge against the House of Representatives is, that it will be taken from the class of citizens which will have least sympathy with the mass of the people, and be most likely to aim at an ambitious sacrifice of the many to the aggrandizement of the few.

Of all of the objections which have been framed against the federal Constitution, this is perhaps the most extraordinary. While the objection itself is leveled against a pretended oligarchy, the principle of it strikes at the very root of republican government.

The aim of every political constitution is, or ought to be, first to obtain for rulers men who possess most wisdom to discern, and most virtue to pursue, the common good of the society, and in the next place, to take the most effectual precautions for keeping them virtuous whilst they continue to hold their public trust. The elective mode of obtaining rulers is the characteristic policy of republican government. The means relied on in this form of government for preventing their degeneracy are numerous and various.

“A political party cannot be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency or simply to swell its numbers.” – Ronald Reagan, CPAC address, 1975

When the republican party runs a liberal candidate that doesn't match their own party platform on abortion, amnesty, gun-control, socialized medicine, and big government, it's stretch to expect people to vote for him just because he's an (R).

Thanks for the chart.

The leaders of the Islamists are very, very wealthy. For example the Saudis and Iranian The Ayatollah’s billions. They use Islam to control the masses in kingdom and in country. The Islamist leaders in all Muslim countries are rich and powerful.

I'm thinking that they are a natural for the CFR and party with the world's most powerful and influential people. They supply the CFR with the most violent radicals to do any kind of dirty work. Over the years I've heard it suggested that that is the way it is.

So to install one of their own as president of the USA the Islamists would have needed the cooperation of the CFR and vice versa.

Once you admitted you wouldn't even have voted for Reagan at this point because of his past record with abortion as CA gov (at that point I realized how moronic some here could be), and now you're quoting him as if you're a Reagan guy?

Good grief, do you ever bother to look at why your hands are so dripping red, do you not ever look in the mirror to understand what you have been a part of with your idiocy?

Axelrod, the bamster and the pit of hell thanks you, they love the country circling the drain with their minions in control of the death spiral.

I never said I wouldn't vote for Reagan. You must have me confused with someone else.

Your over-the-top rhetoric shows your true position. You want republicans to win, no matter what, even if they are pro-abortion liberals.

Do you disagree with Reagan in that quote? Or are you just going to attack the messenger with falsehoods?

Not confused at all Johnny, you said it, I was shocked, it made me realize what a tool you and some here really are.

Your comment about wanting republicans to win? I'll take a RINO fool any day over an American hating, pro-Marxist, pro-death, pro-muzzie group who wants to destroy this country and turn it into Venezuela. So did Palin, Cruz, and eany other sane conservative.

That you didn't know the difference is appalling. And yes, check your hands, they're dripping red.....

You speak mistruth. I never said I wouldn't vote for Reagan.

You simply attack anyone that won't vote for your beloved liberal republicans.

So you say you are disagreeing with Reagan in the quote I posted.

Very telling.

You are a liberal if you vote for liberal republicans.

And regardless of your attacks on conservatives, if your party runs a liberal, they will lose again. I expect them to lose quite a few races in November after they fought nasty primary campaigns.

It ain't MY party Johnny, that you don't understand where I'm coming from is not surprising, there are bulbs so dim they can't illuminate anything.

Anyone so dumb as to let the Marxist prevail while pretending to love the good things of America doesn't deserve much time.

Have a nice day, just don't look in the mirror.....

There is no mistruth, you said you wouldn't vote for Reagan now, you did say that.

I've never said anything that dumb, that you can't understand the dimness of your positions and that they're not anything like Reagan is telling.

Good day sir, just don't check the mirror too often......

If you are a registered republican, it IS your party. You can lie to yourself all you want.

All you have is attacks for those that won't vote for your liberal republicans.

I have no problem looking in the mirror, knowing I voted for conservatives. I don't regret that.

It's too bad the GOP-E continues to run liberals and lose, when they can run conservatives, and win.

The GOP-E owns Obama, since they ran a liberal instead of a conservative that could win.

No, I didn't say that. You are simply lying.

The GOP-E is well known for that.

.....”I do not know if this generation of Americans can recover from it within my remaining lifetime.”.....

I’m not so sure this generation has ‘the will’ or the historical understanding to do so. Their entire mindset is twisted regarding what this nation is and why it is, as well what is required to remain “free”.

Those with any political understanding and how it works are too far in the liberal camp....and we’ve lost the real “men” who once would and could stand for our country to something else unrecognizable from what they were.

Lakeshark (2003), laplata (2013) , entropy12 (2012) are, in my opinion, Romney lovers/plants who are here to bash conservatives to try to get votes for Romney AGAIN. They are starting early and I believe they will get the zot eventually. Lakeshark, with his “blood on your hands” if you didn’t vote for Romney, is, in my opinion, close to his end.

Johnny, Jim, Old Lady, onyx, I don't vote for liberals and neither do you. These three Romney lovers can go pound sand.
