Who would have ever thunk that these words could ever be written?
I like Palin, I guess I like Joan Rivers, but it's a shame that they both participated in such a "show". If one wonders if Palin is doing anything herself to damage her political brand, look here.

She’s out of the political day-to-day, but I think she’s gearing up for a run.
However, it is nice she’s going on record for Joan.
Rivers bashes Hamas and Mudslimes and next thing you know she is in a coma from an examination no more dangerous than looking in someones ear. Hmmmm.
I wish that Republicans and the country as a whole felt about Palin like freepers do .................... but alas, they do not.

There are risks to any procedure, especially at age 81.
Well, Gov. Palin did more to awaken this country to the damage liberals were doing to it and she exposed the media’s wide-ranging bias, through their own reporting on her life and politics. She has done her part. It’s up to the rest of us to carry the ball for a while. She is just one person.

The headline is misleading.
Bristol Palin is the one being quoted, and she is the one that appeared on the “Wife Swap” series. Governor Palin simply used her Facebook page to link to Bristol’s blog.
Yes, because having anything to do with a show called “Wife Swap” is such a savvy political move.
She’s appearing with a candidate next week. Just saying.

I’m sure that she knows that between the liberal media and those who do the purity tests she has no chance at higher political office.
I think that there is nothing wrong with the Palins participating in
such a program. However, it was obvious to me in that episode
River’s agenda included an attempt to ambush Bristol Palin and make
her and, by extension her mother, out to be right wing fools. I had
thought that Joan’s friendship with Nancy Reagan demonstrated
that she might lean conservative. No, it just means Joan is an
opportunistic comedian.
She’s been putting herself under the knife for so many years - that anesthesia, I’m telling you, is an absolute killer. I can’t imagine how many times she was put under for unnecessary procedures.
I hate to be a cynic but I’m even wondering if the story they are putting out is true. If it was for another “cut,” perhaps the sympathy would not be so high.
She did not do the swap, her daughter did. And you are attaching a sex component that simply does not apply.
Sometimes I wonder if Freepers are even aware of “pop” culture in the US. I am not saying you have to read People Magazine or watch ET...but a little bit of context would help you all understand things a little bit.
