Nothing but liberal-think there. The US State Dept. has never been chartered to “improve the world”! It’s purpose is to represent the interests of the US through negotiations with other countries.
They have failed under Obama, Hillary and Kerry BIG time, because they have continuously been telling other countries how they should govern and how they should change.
Examples: Going to some African countries and telling them they should permit LGBT; telling Israel they must give in to terriorists for a two state solution.
This kind of BS from Obama and his lousy Sctys. of State has resulted in the rest of world just ROTFL about how wimpy the US has become, and the US is no longer respected.
