I am in Lafayette and did not feel a thing. What state are we talking about?
To: Axenolith
Yep, about 10 seconds long, and rolling here in Palo Alto.
To: Axenolith
Definitely felt here in Santa Rosa, CA.
Woke everyone up at about 3:20 am

6.0 in American Canyon.
The quake may have lasted 10 seconds....but it took my building in Oakland about 30 seconds to stop shaking!!

Foster City rocking . . . . knocked three empty bourbon bottles off the card table.

My cat was useless. LOL!
Instead of warning me ahead of time, he sleep peacefully until the quake started. Then woke up with me and proceeded to freak out along side my freak out.

I did some work in a stream bed up in that area and saw what appeared to be a fault exposure in it, I might head up there in the AM and see if there is any evidence of it in that.
