Yeah, I wunderwhatkinda quarterback he will make in the pro’s. Good in college, but too often seen running with one hand on the ball held out in the open?

We watch a lot of football - many teams - and often you will hear my husband or I screaming “protect that football” as they run holding it with one hand!

He was able to outrun most of the college players. That won’t be as easy in the bigs.

And switch it to the outside arm when running down the sideline.

So what is going on with the new rules this season? Does every penalty result in an automatic first down? I swear it seemed last night and this past weekend like every penalty, even a 5 yarder, was awarded a first down. And celebrating after a defensive play is taunting? lol Is this a new “anti bullying” device so we don’t hurt the players feelings?

I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary. Then again, it’s preseason on the DVR, so I’m not paying a whole lot of attention to penalty calls. If they are cracking down on defensive holding, that could explain it. That’s always been 5 yards and automatic first down.

Yes, the No Fun League likes to penalize players who are happy with their performances.

Maybe it was all defensive holding, but I didn’t think it was - I will pay more attention when I can.

Keep in mind that some “experiments,” like the long extra point, were only for the first two preseason games.

Oh I didn’t realize that about the extra point.... we thought that was going to impact the game because they missed so many

Obama’s family convinced him
That he was such a gifted kid-
A great wunderkind succeeding
At every little thing he did

When he grew up, no reality
Could burst his huge balloon-
No one wanted to remind him
That he hadn’t hung the moon

The result of that upbringing
Is the narcissist full-grown-
Who remains sure he’s a king
And the oval office his throne...

Criaturas salvajes no son buenas mascotas...

We had a good shower during the afternoon, but if it rained during the night I did not hear it. You?

A big thunderstorm came from the west all of a sudden just after 10 last night and parked here for over an hour-then we had light rain off and on all night and it is still sprinkling-we really need the rain, even if it is trashing work for the day.

When Midget girl saw me give a bit of the oats and honey granola bar I’m having for lunch to Husky girl, she got on my chair and started begging, so I broke off a tiny bit, offered it to her figuring she would not like the thing-wrong-she gobbled it up and is now on the desk, reaching for the bar with her paw-the cat is weird...

Haha - did you see what she really looks like without the professional photo? Of course she is thrilled when a man speaks to her
