Isaiah 59:7-8 King James Version (KJV)
7 Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths.
8 The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.
Parse as you will.

I wonder . . . who in the World could this possibly apply to today? Yes, I have a guess . . . don’t tell me . . . is it? .. is it? Is? IS?
That’s it ! IS !!
Sorry bunch of folks indeed. Probably some others, too, unfortunately.
Sounds like Muzzies in general, abortionists, atheist communists and others.
They don’t know God so they can’t know peace...true peace comes from God...and they will not inherit heaven...
Noah Webster published in his translation of the Holy Bible into English, from the original text— There are two powers only that can control men, and provide a peaceable Administration. These are...” Some time later in speaking before the Annual Meeting of the Mass. Bible Society Robert Charles Winthrop affirmed and added to Webster- in the speech
The Bible or the Bayonet. Explaining men must be controlled either by a power within them—or power without them. The Community Organizing distraction and exploitation of Ferguson MO by the Communists from Chi-Town Outsiders ,including AG Eric Holder and the nearly 50 Agents he chose to be sent to advance the racist/and racial tensions. We are a people who have not merely ‘forgotten God’ as President Lincoln published March.30 ,1863 We have been led to reject God.And have this Bruiser to wound us with an incurable wound -only God can heal. As it is written. And yes Isaiah foretold this and the passage remembered is apt.
Yup. Isaiah pretty well sums up the situation in Mo.
I noticed a lot of them said they were “praying”....
I think these words can apply to a lot of situations .Ferguson included fo shizzle .
The prince of the world is arraigning things as he likes them and the place is almost saturated with his stink. Examples are everywhere.
Depending upon how you look at it, it could apply to various levels of criminals, to race rioters, as well as the hustlers who feed on the aftermath, or to religious fanatics/terrorists or to the users and/or supporters of the abortion industry.
On another level, it applies to Hollywood or to Washington DC or to the bully on the playground, whatever or wherever that playground might be.
Which reminds me, I remember when I was younger the times when Dad had to repeat himself as the times I'd better pay attention, remember what he said and take it to heart. Basically: "Learn it, Live it, Love it."
Evidently, this is one of those "Dad repeats Himself" lessons:
These six [things] doth the Lord hate: yea, seven [are] an abomination unto him:
A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
A heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
A false witness [that] speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.
The LORD has a lot to say about false idols. Surely they are connected to a wicked heart. Those idols today could be people, power, money, real estate, a career, etc. as well as anything physically fashioned on this earth that takes the glory away from the one true God.
When people ignore their need for Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, they will fill the void with all kinds of evil. Some exposed, some hidden. And lost and depraved mankind will always look for justification for their sins in order to further lift up their own cause. Then they become prideful in their sin. It is a horrible realm of deceit that the enemy keeps them trapped in.
Jeremiah is a little harder to associate but the OT prophets speak more and more to me and my America.
It's almost impossible to read these days without feeling the Word given for Israel is not also for America .... creepy.
Peace is the presence of God and not the lack of disturbance.
