This guy was worth $130 million a few years ago when he was out on the road bashing conservatives now oh gee whiz, let me kill myself because I’m broke because liberal judges took away my money in divorce settlements and California has taxed me into bankruptcy.
In most states, the current spouse gets the estate and everything in the bank.
Properties sold and money divied up between his 3 kids and current wife.
Blood drained from his body and given to his ex-wives.
We have three adult children from our only marriage whose ages range from 25 to 29. Nobody is worrying about them because Dad and Mom trained them to live in the real world and get real jobs.
I don’t know about the wife, but his 3 adult children should be able to fend for themselves by now, don’t you think?

In an unrelated note, I remember when he left his first wife for the children’s nanny. Reading his obit, she, the nanny, was listed as a film producer. Only in Hollywood.

Yes. It sounds so sad that maybe this ten or twelve people are going to be destitute if they only have $50 million or so to divvy up. Seems that getting jobs will be one way to deal with the setback. (/s)

I read after 3 years or so. If it is a newly insured, then is NO. If he had been paying into after 3 years perhaps.
Notice that the more conservative the state, the higher the level of general sanity and the shorter the waiting period.
