In Saudi and the big oil countries you simply marry into the family.....which is gigantic....and a reason why they have mulitudes of wives and children. Spreading the wealth around.

Begging in strictly banned in Saudi Arabia and other Gulf oil producers. A large number of beggars, mostly foreigners, have been arrested and deported by these countries. Which Supreme Court Justice is it that wants to adopt international laws? Well, here is a good Saudi law to adopt.
