I’ll be flamed, but to me the problem isn’t legal, it is moral. The procedure should be available. If a patient and doctor agree it is in the best interest everyone, including the fetus it should be available.
Why should a woman have to find a doctor to agree with her “moral” decision, and how can it be in the best moral interest of the baby to abort him?
