Kate is a very fit lady. Not many gals at the age of 30-something could be that fit.
I could understand a one time dress/skirt malfunction. But she keeps it up. On official tour, in Canada, flash bottom (first a couple of times & couple of yrs ago), then topless & bottomless photos (ok, that was in private territory) and then, on an official tour of Australia with her bare butt & way up legs flashing! It really isn’t that hard to keep her skirts or dresses down on official tours & engagements. It’s in bad taste, no excuses, and frankly it is appalling.
Found the pic online. Um, no. Wear shorts if you are always in the wind in short skirts. There are cute boy short panties too.

I don’t think Katie & her hubby think much about monarchy in Britain. She & her family are much more of a nouveau riche celebrity than ‘traditional’ monarachy, not even eccentric aristocrats or nobility. Willie seems not to care much & he already got enough money too to move on.. I seriously wouldn’t be surprised if UK became a Republic after the Queen dies. Last few decades, the Queen is all that has been keeping the monarchy going in the UK. Rest of them are a mess. Good luck to them.
