Well, I have deer and wild turkeys grazing in my backyard, but no way to record them.

Albert Pujols just hit his 500th home run a couple of days ago, but he is no longer a Cardinal.

If only they’d hang around long enough for me to get my camera and get into position! The wildlife is seldom that cooperative.

There is a gentlemen whom we allow to hunt on our land (mostly bow hunting) and he positions game cameras around prior to the opening of hunting season. He gets some amazing photos of the deer that live here — deer that we never see. The ones with the big antlers seldom show themselves out in the open.

I have those too, and I don’t like them much. My dog used to take care of them, but the dog died last year.

I can’t figure out what ground hogs do, besides tear up little new plants that I just planted. They pull them out by their roots and discard them to die. Grrrrr. They don’t eat them and they ignore any plants that are rooted into the soil.
