So what was the virus fibbing about?
I think the doofus who wrote this meant to say that the virus lay in the Siberian permfrost.
That’s a huge virus — nearly 1/50th the diameter of a hair.
That the permafrost is changing, may be true, but anything based on "climate change projections" is a lie. It's all derived from computer modeling based on their faulty cooked up data.
The modeling fails to take into account changes in the level of solar activity, which has everything to do with our weather.
