It's been several days now since there was any post on Venezuela and the riots. It seems it's all about the Ukraine when the greatest concern should be the people of Venezuela. There was nothing about them in today's newspaper either.
Every thing is under control. Jimmy Carter is going down there.
I personally think central and south America are of far more importance to us. Unfortunately the current administration can’t be trusted to do the right thing.
It's not important, the illegal government there is an Obama Rat approved Cuban supported corrupt Communist tyranny.
It's all good, and the rebels are scum.

I have a friend who is Venezuelan. Most of their family is still there. They are still in email and Facebook contact—the government hasn’t shut that off yet.
No food, no fuel, roving gangs of brownshirts. Anarchy with fascists trying frantically to keep control. She describes things as very, very bad.

Not only Cuba gets oil from Venezuela, China gets oil as well. According to a close friend who is a Venezuelan journalist (recently had to flee under death threats): China has offered to send 100,000 military police to “help.”
If I were younger and my Spanish much better I would go there, to help the people. Topple the communist slime overlords.
problem is you talk like this too much you will get a visit from the Obama goon squads, it would be a painful poke indeed if too many people got on the wagon so to speak about Venezuela.
