This story is balderdash. Usain Bolt clocked a 46.74 last year, the same time this supposedly 116-year-old speedster ran. Butch Reynolds of the U.S. ran a 43.29 in 1988 and Michael Johnson of the U.S. ran 43.18 in 1999. To my knowledge, Johnson still holds the world record and Reynolds still has the second-fastest time.

The times you list are for 400 meters. He ran 200.

200 meters is half a lap. World record is 19.8 seconds.
