I am working and the kids are away at their Dad’s or traveling, so I am going to have a good old fashioned Jewish Christmas after work.

Chinese and a film.

Family dinner on the 25th, then everyone goes home and back to work on the 26th. Christmas in Europe is so wonderfully unhurried and lasts until Epiphany, Jan. 6. We miss that.

Sounds like a nice quiet day. Congratulations to the happy couple and on the addition to your family. A new daughter in law will eventually mean more grandchildren! Save a piece of pizza for me! What is in a kick-ass pizza?

I'm going to a big family gathering.

During dessert I'm going to start talking about Obamacare.

I'm going to remind everyone at the table that if any of them even considers going to that web site.....I will hunt them down like the dogs they are!

Going to be home. My Dad is coming over for Christmas from across the state. In the after noon, I’m doing a turkey dinner with all the trimmings.

Very blessed this Christmas.

Mt wife was born on December 24th. The family knows her birthday is a major event. We celebrate my wife’s birthday and the birth of Christ that evening and the following day even though we know He wasn’t born on December 25th.

Yes. Although Easter is a more important reflection period, the birth is when He was given to us. I do a lot of thanking the Father.
